Concierge · Exceptional Tables

The table that is said to be fully booked

Michelin-starred Parisian houses, confidential addresses on the Riviera, three-Michelin-starred chefs in your drawing room. Where online booking fails, our address book begins.

Our approach

Not a reservation — an evening

A table is never merely a cover. It is the placement in the room, the light that falls just so, the wine the sommelier has set aside because he recalls your last visit, the maître d'hôtel who awaits you by name. We work these details with the houses, in advance, always.

When you ask us for a table, we do not consult a search engine. We ring a head of service who owes us a favour, a director who dines privately with us on Tuesdays, a sommelier who warns us on the eve of an exceptional arrival. Fifteen years of discreet loyalty, never betraying a confidence — that is what opens the door.

What we orchestrate

Six ways to take a seat

01

Michelin-starred Paris

The two- and three-Michelin-starred houses of Paris, including those fully booked three months ahead. We secure the table — and the right place in the room.

02

Riviera & Italy

Monaco, Cap-Ferrat, Saint-Tropez, Portofino, Milan, Capri. Seasonal tables stormed from May onwards open for our regular clients, even in the height of the season.

03

Private Chef at Home

A Michelin-starred chef in your apartment, your suite, your villa. Tasting menu drawn up for you, full brigade, table settings hired from the crystal houses — nothing remains after they leave.

04

Private Dinners

A Michelin-starred restaurant for you alone, outside service hours. Kitchen opened onto the room, the chef in person, dedicated sommelier. For ten, for thirty, for eighty guests.

05

Last-Minute Tables

Your jet lands at 10pm at Le Bourget and you wish to dine at a two-star house at 10.45pm. We reconfigure a table, shift a service, open a room closed on Mondays.

06

Gastronomic Clubs

The closed circles where one dines without a soul knowing: historic cellars, private clubs, chef's tables in the basement of a legendary brasserie. Our entrée is well established.

Our network

Behind every tablecloth, an extended hand

We do not name our partners, and we never shall. That is their condition, and it is ours. Yet behind a table secured in thirty minutes there is always a relationship patiently built — often by a bottle offered on the right evening, by a discretion never broken, by the loyalty of returning every month.
