Our approach

The door we open for you

A palace is not booked like a hotel. It is negotiated, it is earned, it is worked upon in advance. The signature suite that appears on no platform, the upgrade only the general management can grant, the late check-out at 6pm on a summer Saturday — all of it depends on one thing alone: the relationship.

We have worked with the great Parisian houses and the villas of the Riviera for fifteen years. Our clients never arrive anonymously: the room is already prepared to their taste, their preferred flowers are in the drawing room, the champagne they drink is on ice. Nothing is left to chance, because everything has been anticipated.

Private villas on the heights of Cap-Ferrat, Saint-Tropez, Éze and Ramatuelle. Whole house, chef, full staff, infinity pool, helipad where required.

Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Hôtel Métropole, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. Villas in Portofino, Capri, Forte dei Marmi. Suites with harbour view, private terrace, butler service.

Signature Suites

The suites that are never marketed: private apartments within palaces, taken-over floors, penthouses. Access reserved for recommended clients — you shall be.

Upgrades & Late Check-out

Arrival at 8am in a room already prepared, departure at 5pm without supplement, complimentary suite upgrade, VIP welcome in the director's lounge. Negotiated before your arrival.

Pre-arrival Coordination

Fresh flowers to preference, champagne precisely to taste, specific pillows, international press, favourite tea brand. Your suite knows you.

Fashion Week

"A royal suite, a runway evening"

Paris in September, every palace fully booked. Request for a royal suite with Eiffel Tower view for a couple arriving that evening. Direct activation of the general manager of a partner palace, suite released through an internal upgrade of a regular.

Keys handed over at 7.40pm.
Riviera · August

"A Cap-Ferrat villa, arrival within 72h"

Family of eight, arriving by jet in three days, requesting a whole villa on the Cap in high August. Eleven-bedroom villa released through a cancellation handled with the owner, full staff coordinated.

Villa secured in 6 hours.
Anticipation

"7am arrival — hot shower, breakfast in place"

Overnight flight landing at 6.30am at Roissy, an exhausted client. Suite pre-opened from 5am, breakfast laid at 7am, butler on hand. Late check-out negotiated at 6pm the same day.
