The challenge

A 12-day, 6-city itinerary (Paris → Versailles → Champagne → Lyon → French Riviera → Monaco), integrated close-protection team, a 4-vehicle convoy and a private jet Le Bourget ↔ Nice mid-trip.

Our solution

A single dispatch operator. One Mercedes Maybach for the principals, two V-Class for the entourage, one VIP Sprinter for luggage. Two ex-special-forces CPO agents. Private jet coordination at Le Bourget FBO plus a helicopter Nice → Monaco marina.

The outcome

Zero incidents. 100% punctuality. Personal photos never disclosed (reinforced NDA). The client returned three times in 18 months.

The challenge

A producer + DOP + scout on discreet location scouting. Access to private villas and closed vineyards, a helicopter Champagne → Riviera to compare light at precisely 5pm. Total discretion on the project.

Our solution

A Mercedes V-Class for 9 days with a senior French chauffeur and former photographer (ideal for the light brief). Villa coordination via hotel partnerships. An AW139 helicopter departing Reims, a 2h15 coastal flight.

The outcome

Scouting wrapped in 9 days instead of the planned 14. The film was shot the following year partly in Champagne and Provence. The producer returned for the world premiere.

The challenge

4 generations (aged 8 to 91). 18 days, 9 cities, medical constraints for the matriarch, 2 toddlers requiring special seats, a young adult with strict vegan requirements. A fully adjustable itinerary at no extra charge.

Our solution

Mercedes V-Class and VIP Sprinter alternating by distance. Two chauffeurs rotating to never exceed 8 hours of driving per day. Pre-installed child seats. A dedicated vegan concierge for restaurant bookings. A partner physician notified in every city.

The outcome

Adjusted four times over the 18 days, all handled at no charge. The matriarch missed not a single visit. The family office renewed for 2026.
