A lasting arrangement, designed around one family
Some families do not book a car: they entrust us with part of their daily life. The House Agreement is a renewable annual commitment, drawn up for a family or for the household that represents it. It brings together a dedicated team around them: chauffeurs who are members of the Federation, coordination and concierge staff who come to know the family well.
Every agreement is written to measure, after a confidential meeting. There is no standard package and no published rate: the written proposal reflects the family, its residences and its rhythm.

A dedicated team
Chauffeurs who are members of the Federation, chosen for your family, with coordination and concierge staff who follow your requests from one year to the next. We make every effort for the family to see the same faces.
A single point of contact
One person knows your file and can be reached directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email. You do not have to explain your habits again with each request.
The memory of the household
Addresses, habits, preferred cars, child seats, dietary requirements: these preferences are recorded once, with your consent, then applied to every mission.
Continuity between cities
In Paris and in the cities of the FFGR network, the same standards and the same contact accompany you, without starting again from scratch on each stay.
Consolidated invoicing
The year's missions are brought together on a single invoicing arrangement, addressed to the family office or to the person of your choice, with the detail your accounts require.
Confidentiality
We never discuss our clients or their schedules. Family information is limited to the people who need it, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed on request.
How the arrangement is set up

A confidential meeting
A first conversation, in Paris, by video call or by phone, with you or with the person who represents you. We listen: residences, usual journeys, the people to be accompanied, particular expectations.

A written proposal, made to measure
We send you a detailed proposal: scope, team, cities concerned, invoicing arrangements. It can be discussed and adjusted before anything is signed.

A dedicated team
Once the agreement is concluded, the team is introduced to you, the household's preferences are recorded and your contact takes over every request.

An annual review
Each year, we review together what has been done, what should change and the needs ahead, before the agreement is renewed.
By introduction
A family that places its trust in us may introduce a relative or a friendly household. We receive that person with the same discretion, in a meeting of their own.
Nothing concerning one family is ever shared with another: each household has its own file, its own team and its own agreement.

What is the House Agreement?

How much does a House Agreement cost?
There is no published rate. The agreement depends on the number of people, the cities, the pace of travel and the services required. Each family receives a written proposal made to measure, with no obligation before signature.
Who are the chauffeurs?
They are professional chauffeurs, members of the Fédération Française de la Grande Remise. For a household under agreement, we aim to keep the same chauffeurs from one mission to the next, so that the family sees familiar faces.
Does the agreement apply outside Paris?
It can cover the cities of the FFGR network that the family visits. The cities concerned are set out in the written proposal, and your contact remains the same wherever you are.
How is confidentiality protected?
We never discuss our clients or their schedules. Family information is shared only with the people who work for the family, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed from the first meeting, on request.
